These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at www.brisbanemobileautoglass.com.au and your engagement with Brisbane Mobile Auto Glass for mobile auto glass services across Brisbane and South East Queensland. By using this website or requesting a quote or service, you agree to these terms.
About our services
Brisbane Mobile Auto Glass provides mobile windscreen replacement, windscreen chip and crack repair, and car window glass services. We attend your home, workplace or another agreed location within our service area. All work is subject to a visual inspection of the vehicle and confirmation that the correct glass is available for your make, model and year.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes provided by phone, online form or in person are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle, glass specification or extent of damage differs from what was described. We aim to provide clear, upfront pricing before any work commences. You are under no obligation until you accept a quoted price and confirm a booking.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing for fleet or commercial accounts.
Bookings and cancellations
When you book a mobile appointment, we reserve a time slot and may order glass specifically for your vehicle. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible by phone on 0415 78 78 44 or via our contact page. Cancellations made with insufficient notice, particularly after glass has been ordered, may incur a fee to cover materials and scheduling costs.
Service availability
We operate seven days a week within our published opening hours. Appointment availability depends on technician schedules, weather conditions and parts supply. While we strive to offer same-day or next-day service where possible, we do not guarantee a specific attendance time until a booking is confirmed. Access to the vehicle, a safe working area and adequate shelter may be required for installation.
Warranties and workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship and the quality of glass we supply. If you experience a problem relating to installation or a defect in supplied glass, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused after installation by accidents, impacts, vandalism, misuse or failure to follow safe drive-away instructions provided at the time of service.
Insurance claims
If you intend to claim the cost of repair or replacement through a comprehensive insurance policy, it is your responsibility to check your coverage, excess and insurer requirements before work proceeds. We can perform the work and provide documentation to support your claim, but we do not act as an intermediary between you and your insurer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Brisbane Mobile Auto Glass is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, parts availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.
Website use
Content on this website is provided for general information about our auto glass services. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is complete or current at all times. You may not reproduce, scrape or redistribute website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule work where access is unsafe, weather conditions prevent proper adhesive curing, or the vehicle or glass specification differs materially from what was quoted.
